About Customized Solution
Voiztalk customized solutions results from two areas:
- Our ability to understand Client’s need for something more than a basic Discounted Call Solution or a basic IP PBX with generic features.
- The need to offer Clients a complete solution - purchasing an IP PBX, customization of requirements, discounted call termination and maintenance of system.
Some common customized solution include:
- Further customization to existing Voiztalk call reporting tools to match Client’s operational requirements
- Conversion of existing Voiztalk Discounted Call Package Hardware into an IP PBX to incorporate features of a business telephony system or a call centre system solution
- Assisting organisation connect inter continental regional office IP PBX to enable free calls using SIP technology.
- Configuration of DIDs to be forwarded to Client’s DID Server IP Address
- Enabling Organisations to make International calls to counterparts overseas at cost of a local call by mapping of a DID number to SIP.
