Voice over broadband (VoB) is all about making free calls and cheap calls. |

What do I need to place a call?
You can make call by using freeware Soft Phone available for download or devices such as IP Phone, ATA or handset phone. |

Is there a service subscription charge?
No, there is no service subscription charge. Voiztalk not only offers free calls but free monthly / annual subscription as well. |

Can I create my own virtual telephone number?
No, but you can select your own VoizTalk extension number from our pool of available extension numbers during account registration. |

What if I want to create my own virtual telephone number?
A nominal annual fee of RM100 will be charged if you create your own virtual telephone number. |

Who can register to use Voiztalk?
Anyone with broadband access can use VoizTalk. Our service is open to residential, SOHO, enterprise and corporation. |

How Can I place a call?
To call other Voiztalk members simply dial their Voiztalk extension number. To make an off-net call to a landline, IDD or mobile number, dial 00 followed by the country code + area code + telephone number (e.g. dial 00 + 61 + 3 + Tel to call a number in Melbourne). For Malaysian mobile or outstation numbers just dial the number (019+ mobile number or 03+ telephone number), like you normally would on a conventional telephone.

How do other people call me?
Other Voiztalk members shall dial your Voiztalk number to communicate with you. |

Can I use my computer while I talk on the phone?
Yes, you can use your computer while making a call. Your computer and your call will work as usual. |

Does my computer have to be turned on while making or receiving call?
If you are using Soft Phone, yes, you will need to turn on your computer. But if you are using IP Phone or other VOIP gadgets, you do not need to turn on your computer to make or receive a call. |

Can I take my phone with me when I travel?
Yes, you may use your VoB Phone or soft phone wherever you travel as long as you have a broadband Internet connection available. Which means you can now have a mobile office with the ability to make and receive calls at either no cost or minimal cost. |

Can I use Voiztalk to make call on IDD, STD, mobile or local fixed line number?
Yes, you can. |

What if I am overseas, can I still use Voiztalk?

What is the rate per call?

No. Currently the soft phone only runs on Windows 2000 (SP4), Windows XP and Windows 2003. For Macintosh user, please download the soft phone version . |
