The called party is saying that the audio from my end is very soft. How do I increase the volume on my system?
You should first try to adjust your sound control properties on your PC. Try to increase the MIC or recording volume. If the audio received by the other party continues to be soft, you may wish to check the AGC (automated gain control) on your device’s recording properties. To do so, double click on the sound icon on the bottom right toolbar panel of your Windows desktop. Click on the Options tab and select Properties. Check on the recording button and press OK. On the pop-up menu, click on the Advanced button. Under the ‘Other Controls’ section, check on the AGC box and press OK or close.
